Michael Ngare, a mechanical engineer by profession, co-founded Flux Design in 2019 after realizing the need for virtual aids to project management within the local construction sector. He aims to ensure that engineering design and construction is more practical and understandable to all shareholders by use of tech to visualise design intent. He is passionate about improving how buildings and building services are designed, built and operated.

Michael provides a strategic overview of the business ensuring that Flux Design are at the forefront of an evolving sector.

Muadh Omar, one of the co-founders of Flux Design, has a particular aptitude to understanding software and how it can be used to address a wide range of challenges in AEC design. As a mechanical engineer, he understands how buildings are put together as well as being an expert in a breadth of software platforms. He works closely with client and design teams, bringing them together to improve the predictability of project delivery. Over the years, he has worked across many successful and complex projects, often supporting clients across multiple schemes.

He manages the engineering team day-to-day, reviewing projects and ensuring improved outcomes for our clients.

Richard Macharia joined Flux Design in 2021. He has 5 years’ experience in Construction and Project Management of Projects involving Geothermal power generation. He has specialist knowledge of geothermal power plant and steam field construction and strong project management skills. During his career, he has worked in Fabrication workshops, Project Planning, Resource management, On-Site construction, Project and Contract Management roles. He has a strong multidisciplinary knowledge of all phases of Geothermal Power Project construction.
